Summer Scholarship Requirements

We are now taking scholarship applications for the summer of 2019!

Cadets are eligible to apply for a maximum of two scholarships, however they can only apply for one of either GPS, PPS or IACE.

All cadets applying for scholarships require the following to be submitted no later than Thursday, December 14, 2017.

• School marks from the last completed academic year
• A 1-2 page narrative for each scholarship which provides the following information (details are located in the prep package below)

Candidates Allowed: 3
Age Requirement: 16 by 1 Sep 2018, no older than 19 by end of summer training
Training Level: Completed Level Three prior to summer training
Qualifying Exam: Minimum grade of 60%
Medical: Valid Category 3 Medical Certificate from Transport Canada
Height/Weight: Minimum Height - 152.4 cm, Maximum Height - 190.5 cm; Minimum Weight - 40.82 kg, Maximum Weight - 90.72 kg
Academics: Completed Grade 9 prior to summer training
Additional Submissions: Completed Height/Weight Form

Candidates Allowed: 3
Age Requirement: 17 by 1 Sep 2018, no older than 19 by end of summer training
Training Level: Completed Level Four prior to summer training
Qualifying Exam: Minimum grade of 60%
Medical: Valid Category 3 Medical Certificate from Transport Canada
Height/Weight: No Height Restriction; Max Weight - 111.13 kg (245 lbs)
Academics: Completed Grade 10 prior to summer training
Additional Submissions: Completed Height/Weight Form

Age Requirement: No older than 19 by end of summer training
Training Level: Completed Level Three prior to summer training
Additional Submissions: Boot size
